Danger! Completely new fish tanks! 1

I must bring this up. It is very important! Read the next three posts and please take heed!

If you are setting up your brand new fish tank, then the following information is vitally important!

Most of your newly acquired fish will die if you do not follow these rules!

When you first set up your new tank and you place your fish into the tank, they will be living in fresh water with new decorations and new substrate etc.

Your new fish produces waste which adds toxins in the water. The toxins are very poisonous to your fish at this time. When the levels of toxins increase in the water they become very harmful to your fish and they could die!

Many first timers find that their new fish die in the first few days and this can be very upsetting for all. It does, however, happen to all new aquariums.

I am sure that you would not like to lose your new Siamese fighting fish/Betta fish, your African Dwarf Frog or your Cory Catfish in this way?
